Account Terms

These rules govern your Wolinak Casino account. Sign up or place a single bet, and you agree to them and promise to play by them.

A. Agreeing to the rules

Registering means you accept these Account Terms together with our Promotion Terms, Privacy Policy and About Cookies page. Should any part be unacceptable to you, please refrain from registering or playing.

B. One player, one account

Each person gets one account. No second accounts, no shared accounts, no accounts opened for someone else.

Opening an account takes four pieces of information: an email address, the full legal name shown on your official documents, your birth date and your country of residence. Should any of these details change, correct them in your account without delay. Your first deposit stays on hold while we carry out the checks described on our Identity Checks page, which establish your identity, confirm you meet the age requirement and verify where you reside. Your password belongs to you alone: guard it carefully and never pass it on to anyone else.

C. Play it straight

Some moves end the night early. You must not:

  • run bots, scripts or other automated tools that play on your behalf;
  • work with other players to fix results;
  • exploit a software fault on purpose;
  • fund your account with money belonging to someone else or obtained through crime;
  • open extra accounts to claim offers again.

Spot that behaviour on an account, and we may withhold related winnings, cancel the affected bets and close it down. If legally required, the relevant authorities receive those details from us.

D. Who can play

Wolinak is open to players 19 or older who are physically in Canada. We accept sign-ups only from places where local rules allow real-money casino games online, and we follow Canadian rules on proving identity and age, plus stopping money laundering. Minors can never play, full stop, no exceptions. Details sit in our Underage Gambling Policy, and the Responsible Gaming page lets you set limits or take a pause.

F. Complaints

Have a problem? Write to [email protected] and include your username, when it happened and a description of the issue. We answer by email and stay with you until the matter is resolved.

G. Our liability

We look after the casino carefully, yet we can't guarantee the site will always be reachable. Losses caused by outages, your device, your connection or play that breaks these terms are not our responsibility. If the law forbids limiting liability, this limit does not apply.

H. Changes to these terms

Rules updated? The revised version goes up here, dated. We also email you about important changes. Keep playing after the new version kicks in, and you accept it.

I. Money in, money out

Every game runs in Canadian dollars (CAD). Minimum deposit: C$10. Minimum withdrawal: C$20.

Most methods land a withdrawal in one to four hours. A bank wire may need as many as 12. We charge zero to deposit or cash out, but your bank might add fees of its own.

J. The games

Rules and payout info sit inside each game. On slots and table titles, a random number generator picks every result, and each one stands alone. Live dealer games pay on what really happens at the table, under the rules displayed on screen.

Any malfunction voids every pay and play. Should a fault affect a game or our systems, the affected bets are cancelled and the stakes are returned to your balance.

K. Governing law

These rules fall under the laws that apply in Canada and where you play. Disputes will be settled by the competent courts under those laws.

L. Intellectual property
