Help Centre

Play should stay fun and fit your budget. Our controls are in your account settings and work the moment you switch them on.

How low and how high can a withdrawal go?

The minimum withdrawal is C$20. Maximums: C$9 500 per Interac transaction, C$25 000 per bank transfer.

What currency does my account use?

Every Wolinak Casino account runs in Canadian dollars (CAD), so deposits, bets and cashouts all stay in CAD.

What documents might you request, and at what point?

Identity (KYC) and location checks come first, before any deposit goes through. If documents like photo ID are needed, we email you exact instructions on what to send.

What deposit methods are there, and what's the minimum?

You can pay in using Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Online Banking / Trustly, Paysafecard, MuchBetter, Payz (ecoPayz), Jeton or eCheck. Deposits start at C$10.

Do you charge fees?

No. Deposits and withdrawals are fee-free, every time.

How does Wolinak Rewards work?

Your real money bets earn points automatically. Points open reward boxes that hold prizes.

What keeps my account safe?

Pick a tough password that belongs to this account alone, and don't hand your login to anyone. On top of that, our identity and location checks add another layer, so only you control the account.

Which studios run the live tables?

Our live tables come from Evolution, Stakelogic Live, OnAir Entertainment and Pragmatic Play Live.

How does the welcome bonus work? Any wagering?

Your opening deposit of C$10 or above drops 50 free spins on our featured slot. Anything they win is paid as cash, no wagering needed. You get 24 hours from their arrival to play them.
